Because each stylist at Salty Suite operates as an independent beauty professional, each stylist sets and manages their own business policies. This means cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, refunds, late arrivals, no-shows, service adjustments, and other policies may vary between stylists.

Before booking your appointment, we encourage you to review your stylist’s individual policies so you know exactly what to expect. Each stylist’s policies can be found on their personal booking site and should be reviewed prior to booking.

We want your time at Salty Suite to feel just as beautiful and relaxing as the hair you leave with. When you arrive, you’ll find parking behind the building—please excuse the City of Lakeland roadwork as we continue to make our way through the construction! Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a member of our team who will get you checked in, connected with your stylist, and situated for your appointment. Enjoy complimentary refreshments and snacks while you settle in and make yourself at home.

Children and guests are always welcome. However, when possible, we encourage you to use your appointment as a little time for yourself—to relax, unwind, and enjoy the experience of being in our chairs.
